Why QC photos matter
In a typical agent workflow, the seller ships the product domestically to the agent's warehouse before the shopper ships it overseas. Superbuy's public guide says that once an item arrives at its warehouse, quality inspections are carried out and photos are taken for the shopper to view. That step gives you a last practical chance to catch color, size, variant, and visible quality problems before international shipping.
Start with identity checks
Confirm that the product in the warehouse is the product you actually selected. Compare the QC photos against the original listing title, variant image, color option, size selection, and seller notes. If the listing had multiple versions, check that the option you selected is visible in the warehouse photos, not just in the order title.
- For shoes: compare model shape, color blocking, size label, pair symmetry, and sole pattern.
- For hoodies and tees: compare print placement, blank shape, sleeve length, neck label, and wash color.
- For jerseys: compare player name, number, collar, trim, sponsor marks, and back print alignment.
- For bags and accessories: compare hardware color, strap length, compartments, zippers, and logo placement.
Check measurements before style
Size mistakes are harder to fix after a parcel ships. If the seller chart is unclear, request or look for measurements such as chest width, length, shoulder width, waist, inseam, or outsole length. Use centimeters when possible because most Chinese marketplace listings and warehouse measurement photos use metric measurements.
Look for defects that photos can actually show
QC photos are useful for visible problems, but they are not lab tests. They can show stains, loose threads, crooked prints, major shape issues, missing tags, incorrect colors, cracked hardware, and obvious packaging damage. They usually cannot prove fabric composition, long-term durability, smell, waterproofing, or comfort.
Make a decision before shipping
If the item is acceptable, approve it and keep the QC photos with your order record. If the item is wrong or damaged, contact the agent before submitting the international parcel. Once a package enters international logistics, the fix becomes slower, more expensive, and less predictable.
