1. Product link capture or manual entry

The first stage is turning the marketplace link into an agent order. Superbuy's guide says shoppers can paste Taobao, Tmall, or JD.com product links into the search bar, and that the system can capture the information of most products from those platforms. It also notes that some orders require manual order information.

Your job at this stage is to verify title, photo, size, color, quantity, seller price, and order notes. If the product page has many variants, add short, exact notes instead of relying only on the auto-filled text.

2. Item payment and domestic delivery

Once the order is submitted, the agent purchases from the seller and the seller ships to the warehouse inside China. Superbuy says shoppers pay for item cost and Chinese local delivery fee before the agent purchases the product. If the seller is slow, use your agent's order-support tools instead of submitting the international parcel early.

3. Warehouse arrival, inspection, and storage

When the item reaches the warehouse, the agent checks it and makes it available in your warehouse account. Superbuy's guide says quality inspection is carried out, photos are taken for shoppers to view, and shoppers can then ship the item overseas or keep buying more items to consolidate later. It also states that Superbuy provides 90 days of free storage for items, which is useful for consolidation planning. Storage windows vary by agent, so record the warehouse arrival date and do not let items sit unplanned.

This timeline explains when QC happens. For what to inspect inside those photos, use the agent QC photo checklist.

4. Parcel submission and shipping deposit

After QC approval, select stored items, enter delivery details, and choose an available route. Superbuy's guide says some products may be restricted on certain delivery types, and that shoppers can use additional services such as package removal, reinforcement, and insurance. Superbuy also notes that products purchased from 1688 have a different set of quality-control standards, so supplier-style listings should be checked more carefully before parcel submission.

This stage is where cost estimates become parcel decisions. For weight, route, consolidation, and deposit details, read the international shipping estimate guide.

5. Final packing, tracking, and delivery

The agent consolidates, packs, weighs, and sends the parcel. Superbuy says the final shipping fee is calculated according to package size and weight verified by the shipping company. After shipment, use the parcel tracking page and keep the order number ready for support questions.
