1. Find the shoe link and save backups

Start with a focused shoe type: streetwear sneakers, basketball shoes, running shoes, slides, boots, canvas shoes, retro sneakers, or chunky shoes. Save two or three links before choosing one seller.

The UUVault shoes spreadsheet groups these shoe lanes so you can compare examples before opening a live product search.

2. Choose size before checkout

Shoe sizing should be checked with EU size and insole length whenever possible. If the listing only shows vague sizing, add an order note asking for the selected size and a clear size-tag photo during QC.

3. Submit useful agent order notes

Write notes that a warehouse or purchasing worker can verify: model, colorway, size, box preference, and any variant details. Avoid long vague notes. Short, specific notes are easier to match against a seller listing.

4. Review shoe QC photos carefully

  • Check toe shape, side profile, heel tab, outsole, and sole paint.
  • Compare left and right shoes for size, color, and shape symmetry.
  • Look for glue marks, loose stitching, damaged suede, and wrong color blocking.
  • Ask for size-tag or insole photos if the size is uncertain.

5. Estimate shipping before parcel submission

Shoes often ship heavier than expected because of boxes and packaging. Decide whether you need the box, then compare estimated weight against the final parcel route. If the shoe is high-value, fragile, or oversized, check route restrictions before shipping.
