Pants QC checklist

Pants and shorts depend heavily on measurements. Use QC photos to confirm fit, length, waist size, fabric, and details before approving shipment.

  1. Check waist, inseam, outseam, thigh width, leg opening, and rise measurements.
  2. Compare pocket placement, zippers, buttons, drawstrings, labels, and stitching.
  3. Review fabric texture, wash color, print placement, and any visible stains or defects.
  4. Confirm the ordered size and color match the warehouse photos.
  5. Ask for laid-flat measurements if the seller size chart is vague.

How to use this pants spreadsheet

Start with the closest bottoms type, open the matching search, compare multiple listings, and save backup options. For pants, always check measurements because tag size alone is often not enough.
